Shipping policy

A flat delivery charge rate applies for all orders no matter how large or small your order. For domestic orders sent within Australia the cost is $9.95 for standard delivery and $14.95 for Express Post. For countries other than Australia refer to the shipping rates shown at checkout.

Depending on weight, size and destination, domestic items will be sent via Aust Post or Sendle Courier.

Orders are normally dispatched daily Monday to Friday, except Victorian Public Holidays.

All orders are packed and dispatched within 3 business days, on a first in, first out basis.

Please note, Express Post does not mean priority packing, it is a priority postage service.

Urban Orchid is located in Victoria, Australia and all items are dispatched from Bayswater , postcode 3153 which is within the Melbourne Metro Express Post delivery network. Please see the Australia Post website for more specific delivery timeframes.
